Arineta Taps Veteran Executive Einav Ehre as Interim CEO 

Arineta has a temporary new leader. The company’s Board of Directors appointed Einav Ehre as interim CEO while he continues to serve in his current roles as chief operating officer (COO) and chief financial officer (CFO).

Ehre is one of Arineta’s founding executives and top manager at the company since 2007. Over nearly two decades, he has played an instrumental role in scaling Arineta’s global operations, building the company’s organizational structure, and overseeing finance, accounting, HR, operations, strategic planning, and executive leadership across the United States, Israel, and China. 

As interim CEO, Ehre will reinforce Arineta’s strategy to broaden access to cardiac CT imaging, particularly for clinics and smaller cardiology practices. His priorities include advancing the company’s commitment to artificial intelligence (AI)-guided innovation, strengthening reimbursement pathways, and helping providers adopt advanced computed tomography (CT) technology in a financially sustainable way. Leveraging AI to improve efficiency, Ehre is dedicated to streamlining the integration of advanced image analysis while maintaining high standards for image quality and clinical value. He also remains focused on supporting the organization and its employees as the company moves into its next phase of growth.
